2. When the matter came up on 29.09.2022, it was represented by the learned counsel that the similarly placed accused was granted with bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17825 of 2022 dated 29.07.2022, thereby, this Court, in the open Court granted bail. However, on verification, before the order get signed, it was found that the petitioner has involved in the offence in possession of commercial quantity and it was not brought to the knowledge of this Court by the learned counsel at the time of hearing the bail application on 29.09.2022. .
