When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is no case as against the petitioner and also they had conducted the enquiry based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant and the respondent have not harassed the petitioner and they also assured that they will complete the enquiry as early as possible.

Recording the above submissions and considering the fact that no case has been registered as against the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
