Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 13.08.2015 acknowledged in C.S.R.No.505/CSR/H6/2015 on 17.08.2015 and direct the respondent to investigate the complaint and file the final report within a stipulated period.

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 13.08.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 13.08.2015, for which, C.S.R.No.505/CSR/H6/2015 has been assigned. But the respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.Resisting the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that enquiry has been conducted and closed on 25.08.2015. He further submitted that the closure report has also been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
