ORDER
(1) The present petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.61/2016 registered on 15.10.2016 by the 1st respondent police on a complaint given by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant.

(2) Subsequent to investigation with respect to the allegations in the said FIR, the Investigating Officer had filed a Final Report which had been taken cognizance in CC.No.282/2017 on 19.06.2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Coimbatore. Subsequently, the matter had also been transferred to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.7, Coimbatore, and renumbered as CC.No.93/2020.
