ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.10.2021 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 341, 307, 392 and 397 of IPC, in Crime No.472 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner at knife point robbed a sum of Rs.1,200/- from the de facto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for more than 55 days from 03.10.2021 and hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise objection stating that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he is having four previous cases of like nature but admits that A1 has been released on bail and the petitioner is arrayed as A2 and that the investigation has not been completed.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
