The petitioner made several representations on various dates viz., 03.02.2015, 09.02.2015, 04.06.2015, 22.07.2015 and 29.09.2015, seeking issuance of patta for Survey No.185/B1 in Patta N.1524. By the order dated 16.10.2015, the 3rd respondent has sent his report to the 2nd respondent seeking appropriate orders. As no further action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3. Taking into consideration the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without gong into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the letter of the 3rd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 16.10.2015, after affording opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
