(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondents herein to track, recover and produce the body of the petitioner's husband namely Rishikesh Gandhi son of C.A.Srinivasan aged about 33 years, residing at Door No.251, D.B.Road, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore before this Court, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the detenu has returned home. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
