2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on 29.08.2024, this Court directs the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.133 of 2024. He further submitted that petitioner has complied the order, to that effect amount deposited slip has been enclosed.

3. In view of the above submissions, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 29.08.2024 is made absolute.
