The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would contend that the trial in C.C.no.2 of 2013 on the file of the Special Judge, Coimbatore under Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors Act, had commenced and nearly 40 witnesses have been examined on the side of the prosecution. The petitioner had prayed this Court to direct the respondent to give him a copy of the final report in Tamil version. The Special Judge, Tamil Nadu Protection Interests Depositors Court, Coimbatore, is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner.

3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dispose of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
