This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 131 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.300 in CRP.SR.No.46824 of 2019.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of filing C.R.P., he has wrongly filed C.M.A., and subsequently, on realising the same, he has filed the C.R.P., and therefore, there is a delay of 131 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.300/-.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the C.R.P., and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
