ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under section 408 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.16 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is a Assistant Manager in the M/s. VKC Foot Prints. It is alleged that the petitioner is the whole in-charge of the branch and he had dealt with the entire affairs of the company. It is further alleged that the petitioner misappropriated a sum of Rs.1.50 crores. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no way connected with the occurrence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation is at initial stage. He further submits that the entire amount has been transferred to petitioner's account. Hence, he vehemently opposed grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner and also considering that the investigation is at initial stage and the amount involved in the present case is about 1.50 crores, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 06/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
