J., This application has been filed by the applicant seeking to extend the time for completion of Arbitral proceedings in Arbitration Case No.47 and for passing of an award by the Sole Arbitrator Hon'ble Mr.Justice R.Rajeshwaran (Retired) for a further period of 6 months from this day. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that due to surge in the Covid cases and since the arbitration involves several facts to be adjudicated and the same has to be brought in by way of evidence, the arbitration proceedings kept delayed. Hence, he seeks further extension for a period of six month.

3.Learned Standing Panel Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present petition. 4.In view of the above, a further period of six month is extended to complete the arbitration proceedings.
