Heard Mr.Akhil Bhansali, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who submitted that the nomenclature of "Mardia Sons Holdings Private Limited" has been changed as "GVN Enterprises Private Limited" after duly recorded by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai. 3.
