This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1633 days in filling the above S.A.SR.No.108706 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs.
