ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to call for records from the respondent police pertaining to the Crime No.737 of 2013 registered on 04.07.2013 for the alleged offences 294(b), 504, 505(b), (c) and 505(2) IPC and 153(A) on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the sanction that was required for filing of the final report was rejected by the Government by letter dated 08.11.2017.

3.In view of the above, the criminal proceedings itself has come to an end and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
