This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 3 to 4 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2023 for one time settlement in consonance with the order passed by the second respondent dated 09.03.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents 3 & 4 are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 25.04.2023 and pass orders on merits

and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
