Later altered into one under Section 304 B I.P.C in Crime No.6 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that further action of this case was dropped by the respondent police.
