This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to transfer the Domestic Violence complaint in M.C. No.17 of 2015 pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Dharapuram to Judicial Magistrate, Palani.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, submitted that the matter is already settled out between both the parties after having entered into compromise by them. Hence, this petition for transferring the case becomes futile.
