ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the case in C.C.No.90 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode, Dharmapuri District, to any other competent Court having jurisdiction to try the said case.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case itself ended in acquittal by judgment dated 18.02.2019 made in C.C No.90 of 2013, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Palacode, Dharmapuri District.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
