ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.286 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kiliyanoor Police Station, Villupuram, to some other agency like the District 1 / 3
Crime Branch, Villupuram.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the complaint was registered in 2023 in Crime No.286 of 2023, till date, the respondent-Police had not taken any action and therefore, the petitioner suspects that the respondent will not render justice and will not conduct fair investigation and hence, the investigation may be transferred from the file of the respondent to some other agency in Crime No.286 of 2023

For the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is replied by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent that already, the investigation is over and the statement under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. has also been recorded and after completing the investigation, the charge-sheet was also filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
4. In view of the above said filing of charge-sheet, this petition is dismissed.
