Crl.M.P.No.13509 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15242 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15242 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023 to report before respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.151 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15242 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023 is totally relaxed. The petitioners shall report before the respondent police on summons.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
