These applications had been filed seeking to permit the Official Assignee to pay the admitted claim amount of Rs.6,50,000/- with 6% contractual rate of interest of Rs.73,027/- totaling for a sum of Rs.7,23,027/- to the unsecured creditor M.Mahaveer in Claim No. 259 of 2002. 2.

I have perused the report filed by the Official Assignee in support of the application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, I am inclined to allow the application as prayed for. 3.

In fine, permission is granted to the Official Assignee to pay the admitted claim amount of Rs.6,50,000/- with 6% contractual rate of interest of Rs.73,027/- totaling for a sum of Rs.7,23,027/- to the unsecured creditor M.Mahaveer in Claim No. 259 of 2002.
