PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondent police to maintain securely the document of original records and indexes of the District Registrar, Namakkal for sale of stamp papers as which were submitted during the investigation in Crime Number 7 of 2015 if granted with a permission to submit the same for forensic investigation and to file a status report on the investigation, so far, conducted by the Respondent police pertaining to Crime No.7/2015.

ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that the respondent police have already filed a final report and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.210 of 2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Panruti.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed.
