ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend (i) the prison as Central Prison, Coimbatore instead of Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, (ii) the satisfaction Court as Additional District and Special Court for Trial of cases under EC Act, Coimbatore instead of XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore and (iii) the offence under Sections 8(C), 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 & 29(1) of NDPS Act instead of 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act in Crl.O.P.No.6057 of 2025 dated 10.07.2025.

2.In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in order dated 10.07.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.6057 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy. 21.07.2025 rap Page No.2 of 4
