This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.27647 of 2022 order dated 14.06.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
