This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records in Crl.Appeal No.6 of 2016 dated 02.07.2019 on the file of the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, arising out of Judgment dated 29.12.2015 in C.C.No.345 of 2012 on the file of the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and to set aside the same and acquit the revision petitioner. 2.The learned counsel, who represents on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner died.
