O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.381 of 2017 from the file of 2nd respondent to CBCID, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now, the petitioners have made allegation as against the 2nd respondent. Therefore, a direction may be issued to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Egmore, Chennai for further investigation.

Considering the above submission, the investigation in crime No.381 of 2017 has been withdrawn from the file of 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent and transferred to the file of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Egmore, Chennai. On receipt of entire files, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Egmore, Chennai is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
