This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13466 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 to report before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the charge sheet has been filed before the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchengode and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.200 of

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13466 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
