It is now stated that the dispute between the Corporation and the second respondent has been amicable settled and a Joint Memo, dated 28.09.2022 has also been filed before this Court to that effect.

2. In view of the amicable settlement between the parties, no interference is required to the impugned order of rejection. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
