A.No.4414 of 2023 in C.S.No.638 of 2002 P.T. ASHA, J, The above application is filed to amend the Plaint by substituting RRB Energy Ltd., in the place of Vestas RRB India Ltd., at places morefully described hereunder.

2. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the above application and also considering the fact that the amendment does not cause any change in the cause of action for the reliefs, the above application is ordered as prayed for.

3. The plaintiff shall carry out the amendment and file the amended copy of the plaint within a period of 10 days from today.

4. Post the matter on 04.09.2023.
