O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 03.06.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram in Crl.MP.No.286 of 2025, thereby dismissed the petition filed for direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused, all

the materials placed before this Court.

On perusal of the records, it is revealed that the allegations are civil in nature and there was money transaction between the petitioner and the counter party. Further, in order to repay the said money, the counter party pledged car and thereafter it was taken away. Therefore, the trial court rightly dismissed the petition and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned order.

In view of the above discussion, this criminal revision case is dismissed. However, if at all the petitioner has any grievance, he can file civil suit against the respondent, if so advised.
