O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2022 and to issue house site patta to the petitioner in the light of the order of this Court in W.A.No.690 of 2019 dated 17.08.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's name was recommended for free house site and the same was questioned by the respondent before this Court in W.A.No.690 of 2019 and this Court vide order dated 17.08.2021 issued direction to issue house site patta, however, the same was not issued. Hence, the petitioner made representation to the respondent seeking issuance of house site patta, however, the same has not yet been considered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that this Court may issue direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2022 in the light of the order of this Court in W.A.No.690 of 2019, dated 17.08.2021 2/4

and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame. 4.In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and in the light of the order of this Court in W.A.No.690 of 2019, dated 17.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
