Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of First Respondent in Na.Ka. No./1422/2021/A2, dated 13.10.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to conduct the enquiry manner known to the law within the time limit fixed by the Court.

Heard Mr. M.Jaisingh, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. S.J.Mohamed Sathik, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the First Respondent, and Mr. K.Karthikeyan, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the Second and Third Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 1422/2021/A2 dated 13.10.2021 issued by the First Respondent and to consequently direct the Respondent to conduct the enquiry in the manner recognized by law within the time limit that may be fixed by the Court. 3.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondents has brought to notice that by Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 17620/ 2021/K1 dated 05.11.2021 issued by the First Respondent, action has been taken on the said representation.

In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the right of the Petitioner, 2/4

if he still has any further grievance to work out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
