This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the Crime No.84 of 2015, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that a Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nannilam, and by judgment dated 11.08.2017 made in C.CNo.9 of 2016, the accused persons have been acquitted.
