ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's higher Bachelor degree educational qualification and appoint her as Anganwadi Organizer/ Teacher from the date of her initial appointment i.e. 19.12.2022 in accordance with G.O (MS) No. 31 dated 10.06.2022 and to pay all monetary and other service benefits by considering the petitioner representation dated 8.07.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and pass orders accordingly.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as Anganwadi Assistant on the compassionate ground on 19.12.2022 even though the petitioner has possessed the required qualification of Bachelor decree to be appointed as Anganwadi organizer. In this connection, she has sent representation dated 08.07.2024 to the respondents and the same is pending before them.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent would submit that they will consider the petitioner's representation on its own merit.

4. In view of the fair submission of the Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court without going into the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2024 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
