This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's information report dated 09.08.2019 in CSR.No.792 of 2019, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police.

This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
