A.Nos.4292 and 4293 of 2024 in O.P.No.451 of 2012 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., These applications have been filed to re-open and re-call the respondent's side evidence in O.P.No.451 of 2012 pending before the learned Master.

2.Mr.K.V.Sundararajan, learned counsel appearing for R1, stated that the averments made in Paragraphs 6,7,8,9 and 10 do not relate to the nature of the petition and given an opportunity, the 1st respondent to put forth his case.

3. In the interest of justice, these applications are allowed.

4. The 1st respondent has to appear before the learned Master on 30.09.2024.

5. Both the chief and further cross-examinations shall be completed within four hearings.
