Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in se.mu.No.1667/ 2023 /A3 dated 06.03.2024 insofar as land measuring 6.89 acres in S.No.499 of Venganur Revenue Village (Periammapalayam Hamlet Village), Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District and quash the same and 2/7
consequently, direct the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry in respect of land measuring 6.89 Acres in S.No.499 of Venganur Revenue Village (Periammapalayam Hamlet Village), Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District by providing notices and opportunities to the petitioner and conclude the same within the stipulated time by this Court. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in se.mu.No.1667/ 2023 /A3 dated 06.03.2024 insofar as land measuring 6.89 acres in S.No.499 of Venganur Revenue Village (Periammapalayam Hamlet Village), Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District and to quash the same and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry in respect of land measuring 6.89 Acres in S.No.499 of Venganur Revenue Village (Periammapalayam Hamlet 3/7
Village), Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District by providing notices and opportunities to the petitioner and to conclude the same within the time stipulated by this Court.

On instruction, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 5, 6 & 7 submitted that administration sanction insofar as the property comprised in Survey No.499 of Venganur Revenue Village (Periammapalayam Hamlet Village), Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District has been cancelled by order dated 10.08.2024.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
