This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the complaint in C.C.No.141 of 2016 pending on the file of the Fast Track Court No.II, at Coimbatore District.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the trial in C.C.No.141 of 2016 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.II, Coimbatore has already commenced and the prosecution has examined PW1 and the matter has been posted for defence side witnesses.

3. It is seen that trial has been commenced and PW1 has been examined. At this stage, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered by this Court. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds before the trial Court during the trial. Considering the fact that the calender case is of the year 2016, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
