ORDER

By consent of both the parties this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus calling for the records relating to the 3rd respondent's order dated 28.09.2021 and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to register and release the sale deed document dated 02.07.2019.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner presented a Sale Deed document dated 02.07.2019 before the second respondent. However, the said document was refused to be registered by the third respondent on the ground that the second and third vendors were minors on the date of execution of the sale deed and the document was kept as pending document number P724/2019. However, after the lapse of 2 years the second and 2/5

third vendors have attained majority. Hence the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to register the said document.

4. Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the third respondent to entertain the document presented by the petitioner on 02.07.2019 .

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the document presented by the petitioner will be entertained and appropriate orders will be passed, if it is otherwise in order.

Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court directs the second respondent to entertain the document presented by the petitioner, after verifying all the relevant documents and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the petitioner is directed to pay requisite Stamp Duty and Registration Charges.

7. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
