Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th respondent to cancel the MBBS Admission of the 6th respondent and consequently direct the 5th respondent to grant MBBS admission to the petitioner under SC category and pass order.

Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Additional Government Pleader, Puducherry for the Respondents 1 to 5.

2. The petitioner herein suspecting the community certificate issued to the 6th respondent/I.Arun Kumar, appears to have given some representation to the 2nd respondent/The District Collector, Puducherry, alleging that the S.C community certificate issued to the 6th respondent is not genuine.

3. The Learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that based on the complaint by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and found that the certificate issued to the 6th respondent/Arun Kumar is genuine and there is no false information furnished by the 6th respondent. In the light of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
