This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District in Crl.M.P.No.2171 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not an accused and the lower Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, the trial Court imposed a condition that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties (one surety should be Government surety) before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai. However, he is unable to produce the Government employee as surety, since his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

relatives and friends are not working in the Government Sector. Hence, the modification petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, reason is justifiable, hence, this Court modifies the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties with proper Aadhar card. The other conditions imposed by the Court shall remain intact.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
