This Petition had been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to the first respondent / accused by the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No. 5173 of 2024 dated 22.05.2024.
2. Since the bail was granted by the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to approach the same Court for cancellation of bail on the ground of non compliance of conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, for appropriate orders in accordance with law.
3. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
