O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 3rd respondent to consider his representation dated 08.04.2024 seeking grant of patta in respect of Natham site bearing Survey No.258 at Sevaganapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. According to the petitioner, he and his father have been in possession and enjoyment of the above mentioned natham site for over 40 years by putting up residential house. The petitioner submitted a representation on 08.04.2024 before the 3rd respondent seeking grant of patta in his name and the same has not been considered by the 3rd respondent. 2/4

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the said position, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.04.2024 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
