This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8206 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10727 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that investigation is completed and lab report is awaited.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
