ORDER

In a proposed suit seeking for specific performance and for permanent injunctive reliefs, the intending plaintiffs seeks leave to institute the suit before this Court.

Considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application, and taking into consideration that the suit property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and being satisfied with the same, the A.No.3248 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the suit before this Court.
