This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Puducherry to withdraw and transfer the trail in S.C. No.08/2014 pending on its file to any other Criminal Court in Puducherry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial has already been completed in S.C. No.08/2014 and ended in conviction by judgment dated 28.04.2018 and therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
