O R D E R

The petitioner herein who has illegally encroached upon the temple land is before this Court alleging that the temple authorities has demolished the toilet which he has constructed. 2.This Court finds no reason to give protection to the petitioner herein who has encroached upon the temple land and now seeks police protection. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

3. If there is any complaint regarding illegal encroachment, the respondent police shall take necessary action against the petitioner, so that, it will be a deterrent to any person who try to encroach upon public land .
