ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate to enable the petitioner to obtain duplicate sale deed for the sale deed Nos. 1) 588/1981, 2) 589/1981, 3) 973/1981 at office of the Sub-Regitrar, Kaniyur by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11/10/2021. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the enquiry was conducted on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.10.2021 and the same was closed on 23.01.2022. 4.However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint in the manner known to law.
