ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to take disciplinary action against the 2nd respondent herein by framing charges against him for having cheated the petitioner herein and direct the 2nd respondent herein to return the amount of Rs.11,000/- with 6 percent interest to the petitioner herein and also direct the 1st respondent herein to take disciplinary action against the 3rd respondent herein by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.05.2025.
2. Heard Mr.D.Soundar Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.S.Pavithra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent the representation on 26.05.2025 raising some complaints against the 2nd respondent.
4. The learned Standing Counsel would strongly object the aforesaid contention and would submit that this complaint has been given in respect of a personal grudge between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and such complaint absolutely has no relevance to
administrative dealings. However, would submit that they would consider the same on it's own merits and in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above submissions, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2025 after affording opportunity to the 2nd respondent and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
